Shipping policy
At Archer Jayne, we ship to all destinations within Australia. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can easily follow the delivery of your items.
Please note:
- Delivery estimates are based on business days between major cities and do not include weekends or public holidays.
- Some orders may incur duties and taxes, which are applied by the destination country’s customs. Any customs duties, foreign taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Archer Jayne is located in a rural area of NSW, which may impact delivery times.
- During peak periods, delivery times may vary.
Return to sender
If a parcel is returned to us by Australia Post due to a customer error (such as providing an incorrect address, refusing the package, or failing to pay customs fees), the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the order. This fee will reflect the actual cost incurred for Archer Jayne, rather than the standard shipping rate applied during checkout.
If the parcel is returned due to an issue on our end (e.g., defective packaging or shipping label), we will cover the extra shipping to ensure the parcel reaches you.
Pre-orders
A pre-order item refers to any product available online that is currently on back-order, meaning it’s not in stock at our warehouse and will have a specified wait time, clearly indicated in the product description.
Please note that orders containing pre-order items will only be shipped once all items in the order are in stock. If you’d prefer to have the available items shipped separately, we’re happy to accommodate this with an additional shipping fee of AU$12.
