Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for supporting Archer Jayne and shopping our limited pre-order release! Below you will find everything you need to know about how our pre-orders work. 

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order means you're purchasing an item before it is physically in stock. It allows us to order in the right quantities and reduce overproduction - supporting slower, more mindful fashion.

When will my item ship?

Our current pre-order for the premium Cowboy Hats will start manufacturing in November for a January delivery to customers. 

We will keep you updated via email if there are any changes or shipping updates. 

Can I cancel or change my pre-order?

Because your order is being made especially for you, we're unable to cancel or change pre-orders once placed. Please double-check your sizing and shipping details before confirming your purchase. 

Can I order other in-stock items with my pre-order?

If you order an in-stock item with your pre-order, they will ship together once your pre-order item is ready. For faster delivery, we recommend placing seperate orders. 

Will I get tracking once it's shipped?

Yes - once your pre-order is packed and sent, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
