Archer Jayne – Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchase, though if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

  • Returns accepted for full-priced items only

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn, unused and unwashed

    • In original condition with tags attached

    • Returned within 14 days (AU/NZ) or 30 days (US/UK/Canada) from delivery

Due to hygiene reasons, hats must be returned in the original protective packaging. Items received damaged or crushed due to poor repacking may not be accepted.

Exchanges

We’re happy to swap sizes or styles if stock is available. If not, we’ll issue a store credit or refund.

Return Costs

  • Australia: Return shipping is at the customer’s cost

      • We recommend tracked postage; parcels lost in transit cannot be refunded

     

     

  • International: Return shipping is at the customer’s cost

    • We recommend tracked postage; parcels lost in transit cannot be refunded

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

Incorrect / Faulty Items

If we make a mistake, we fix it.
Email us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and we’ll sort it urgently.

Refunds

Once returned items arrive and pass inspection:

  • Refunds are processed to original payment method

  • Original shipping charges are not refunded


Returns Process (Customer Instructions)

1️⃣ Email: hello@archerjayne.com.au 
Include:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) returning

  • Reason & whether you want refund or exchange

2️⃣ We’ll reply within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorisation and instructions

  • Correct packaging requirements (especially for hats)

3️⃣ Pack your item securely:

  • Use original box (hats must return in supplied box)

  • Include order card/packing slip

4️⃣ Ship within 5 days of approval

  • Keep your tracking number until refund is processed


Heads Up

We reserve the right to deny returns that:

  • Are worn or damaged

  • Smell of perfume, smoke, pets, or washing liquid

  • Are not packaged protectively (crushed hats = non-refundable)
